• GHN reserves the right to approve or reject any Affiliate application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

• You will promote GHN Career Academy courses and programs through approved methods, such as website banners, social media posts, or email marketing.
• All promotional content must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
• You will comply with GHN’s Brand Guidelines, which will be provided upon acceptance into the Program.
• You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish to promote GHN Career Academy.
• You will clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with GHN in all promotions.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding online marketing and affiliate marketing.

3. Links and Tracking

• GHN will provide you with unique affiliate links to track website traffic and sales generated through your promotions.
• You are responsible for properly placing and using the affiliate links provided by GHN.

4. Commissions

• You will earn commissions on sales generated through your unique affiliate links.
• The specific commission rate will be outlined in a separate agreement or communicated to you directly.
• GHN reserves the right to modify the commission structure at any time with prior notice.
• Commission payments will be made on a monthly basis, provided you meet the minimum payout threshold.

5. Termination

• GHN may terminate your participation in the Program at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.
• You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice to GHN.
• In the event of termination, all accrued and unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

6. Disclaimer

• GHN makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the profitability of the Program.
• You participate in the Program at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

• GHN will not be liable for any damages arising from your participation in the Program, including but not limited to lost sales, lost profits, or damage to reputation.

8. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GHN from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or related to your participation in the Program.
